Title Reports

The Aguilar Group, Inc. provides complete research to provide a detailed title report for the purposes to determine current ownership and a chain of title to be used in the appraisal process and the negotiation/acquisition process.

Appraisal Reports

The Aguilar Group Inc. completes all single-family residential, small income producing property (up to 4 units), and vacant lot market value appraisal reports as per Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA guidelines. These appraisal reports can either be delivered electronically and/or hard copy.

Appraisal reports completed on commercial, industrial and vacant tracts of land are completed by The Aguilar Group Inc. under the following categories – Self Contained Appraisal Report, Summary Appraisal Report, or Restricted Appraisal Report. The type of appraisal report required is determined by the needs of the client, type of property being appraised, and purpose of the appraisal. All market value appraisal reports follow the rules and guidelines of The Appraisal Institute, the National Association of Independent Fee Appraiser, the American Society of Appraiser, the International Right of Way Association, and the Louisiana Certified Real Estate Appraiser Law. The appraisal reports also conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Additionally, The Aguilar Group Inc. can complete all appraisal reports and have them delivered either in hard copy format and/or have them delivered to our clients via electronic transfer.

Appraisal Review Process

The Aguilar Group, Inc. also provides Market Value Appraisal Report Reviews to provide quality control for clients to determine the correct data and proper appraisal methods were used in the evaluation of the subject property.

Appraisal reviews can be provided by The Aguilar Group Inc. on all types of reports – single-family residential, multi-family residential, commercial, industrial, and vacant land reports. All appraisal review reports can be transferred electronically or by hard copy.

Right of Way Negotiation and Acquisition Services

The Aguilar Group, Inc. can provide complete negotiation and acquisition services to public entities or private corporations for the purposes of obtaining rights of way for the construction of servitudes, easements, roads, pipelines or whatever the needs are.

Relocation Assistance and Advisory Services

The Aguilar Group Inc. provides complete relocation assistance and advisory services to those individuals, families, or businesses which must be relocated due to the acquisition of a right of way.
